• Uploaded Audio & Media Files: Audio recordings, podcasts, voice memos, documents, and videos uploaded for transcription or multimodal analysis.
• Generated Transcripts & Outputs: Transcribed text, summaries, diarized speaker segments, profanity analysis, and AI chat histories.
• Payment & Billing Data: Payment details, subscriptions, and transaction logs. All payments are processed securely via Polar.sh. We never store credit card details directly on our servers.
• Usage & System Metrics: Input/output token counts, credit usage logs, processing duration, and feature utilization.

3. How We Process Your Files & AI Usage

Uploaded audio files and documents are processed strictly to fulfill your requested features (e.g. Transcription, Live Translation, Summarization, or Multimodal Analysis) using official Google Gemini API infrastructure.

4. Audio File Retention & Automatic Purging

Temporary media files created during processing (such as FFmpeg-converted PCM WAV files) are stored in secure ephemeral temporary storage and are automatically purged immediately after processing completes.

Generated transcript records are retained in your personal workspace database so you can access them at any time. You may permanently delete any transcription record from your dashboard at any time.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded content to third parties. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners:

• Google Gemini API: For AI transcription, live translation, and multimodal analysis.
• Polar.sh: For payment processing, subscription management, and credit purchases.

6. Security Measures

We employ industry-standard security practices, including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, strict API authentication mechanisms, and isolated PostgreSQL database environments to protect your data against unauthorized access.
