1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Audify ("audify.rafutek.com", "Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. User Accounts & Credit System

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Credit Consumption: Platform features (transcription, real-time live translation, document analysis, AI chat) consume credits based on token counts, audio duration, or processing complexity.
• Welcome Bonus: Promotional/welcome credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Credit Expiration & Refunds: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Audify for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree NOT to:

• Upload or record audio without necessary consent from participants where legally required.
• Upload copyrighted media files unless you hold the necessary rights or licenses.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass processing limits, credit systems, or API controls.
• Upload content containing illegal material, malware, or malicious code.

4. AI Model Accuracy Disclaimer

Audify uses state-of-the-art Google Gemini AI models for speech recognition, diarization, translation, and text generation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of all original audio files, documents, and media uploaded to Audify, as well as the generated transcription text and outputs.

Platform Property: Audify retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including code, design, branding, and proprietary algorithms.

6. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Polar.sh. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
